Just for the record, an Administrative Trespass is made up. It has no legitimacy. It's a seditious act by a rogue government entity. The fact that these three cops are trying to follow a non-law while pretending it's a real thing just makes them look ridiculous. The thing is that it seems like these three cops (Stiff, Tillerbrook & Banks) don't care what the laws are. They think they're paid stooges for corrupt government employees, rather than peace officers employed to serve the people and enforce the law. An 'Administrative Trespass Order' has no legal authority. They made it up! It's a group of employees who are trying to act like the legislative branch of government. It is literally an act of sedition (see Fla. Stat. 876.23). When cops join in on the sedition, it becomes a conspiracy.
I don't work for the government and I never have. Administrative Orders can set guidelines for their employees, such as "The office will be closed on Veteran's Day". If a government employee has an issue within the government, that employee can have an administrative hearing. Since I'm not an employee, those standards do not apply to me. I'm a citizen. The laws of the state apply to me. If I haven't broken the law, then I need to be let alone. That's is the right of every American. When we aren't let alone, it's harassment.
Government employees aren't mini dictators. They don't make laws. They have to follow the laws. If they call the cops and ask them to enforce non-laws, the officers need to tell them that the gov employees need to stop harassing citizens and if the citizens aren't breaking the laws, to leave the alone. If the gov employee doesn't like it, they can quit, but they can't harass patrons.
