Double play: Two not-so-hilarious sitcoms from that wonderful year 1995.
• 'Too Something': An aspiring photog and an aspiring author are roommates in Manhattan. Can two men share an apartment without...well, we've heard that before. It ran for eight episodes then Fox pulled it and announced a contest to give the show a new name. It finally came back (after the season was over) as 'New York Daze'. After a half-dozen episodes Fox yanked it for good, leaving eight unaired.
• 'Minor Adjustments' A child psychologist has a special affinity for talking to children; his wife plays 'straight man' and keeps an eye on their two precocious (natch!) children. Eight episodes aired on NBC, then it was off to UPN purgatory for the remaining 12.
00:00 Opening titles, Too Something. ASCAP credits Mark Mothersbaugh and Bruce Kirschbaum for 'cues' but who wrote the theme? Still under research.
00:32 Opening titles, Minor Adjustments. Theme by George Englund and Wendell Yuponce.
