Part of the original line-up when Fox network debuted, 'Werewolf' (1987) was well-regarded but short-lived (29 episodes). Production difficulties, including a temperamental star (Chuck Connors) who had to be written out of the show, didn't help. Due to rights issues it may never be released on DVD in the US, though a DVD set has appeared in France via Elephant Films. The moody theme is by Sylvester Levay ('Airwolf').
