Back again in 2020! Hope everyone is as excited for the new year as I am. To kick it off today, I have a new orchestral style song. A while back during all the Game of Thrones final season hype I heard “The Night King” by Ramin Djawadi. I loved the song and decided to try my hand in using the piano and my style to create something with a similar feel. Hope you all like it!

This song is probably going to be a surprise to most people, but if you have been here for a while you know I like to mix things up from time to time. A little while back I went through a bit of an 80s/90s music phase and wanted to try my hand in creating something in the genre. I love mixing things up every once in a while like this by trying new genres, which always seems to help me incorporate more interesting things into my own style. Hope you all like how it turned out, I’ll be back to my usual style soon enough :)

It seemed time I threw a slightly more mellow song into the mix and this one does just that (until the last drop anyways, where things go a little crazy…). I’m loving trying to get this creepy vibe down at the moment and I hope you all like it!

I’ve been itching to create another orchestral/cinematic style song and here it is! I find it really cool to take classical orchestral elements and blend them with powerful electronic basses/synths, which just seem to make the sound that much more impactful. I also didn’t originally intend to include vocals in this one but as I started to play around with some samples I felt they were really able to help elevate the song.
