Under the Ohio Administrative Code 109 regarding police compliance with training research has shown the City of East Cleveland, Ohio has persons that are severely out of compliance with training mandates. The Police Chief is also a habitually out of compliant person. Each officer that is not compliant by January 1 of every year has a personal duty to remove themselves from law enforcement and from carrying firearms. This changes the narrative from "I was in fear of my life" to "You had no authority to be there in the first place!"
Officers that are still engaging in law enforcement knowingly out of compliance are subject to both civil and criminal complaints according to the Ohio Administrative Code 109. Our organization wants to know why the County Prosecutor is not prosecuting persons that have no authority by the State of Ohio to engage in law enforcement and to continue violating the Constitutional rights of American citizens. We are seeking persons that have been arrested and been issued tickets in the City of East Cleveland to assist in filing civil and criminal complaints against these persons impersonating police officers.
Our goal is to stop police misconduct and malfeasance and to hold prosecutors, judges, and police to the standards set by law.
