He had committed no crime. He had not interfered. ECPD let a drunk driver with a suspended license go to assault Dominique. At least one person dressed as an ECPD officer NEVER WENT TO BASIC TRAINING and was hired by the city to be a dispatcher. Adam Bryce Scott has been arresting and assaulting citizens since 2017 acting as an "auxiliary" officer with no knowledge of the state.
