I often get asked about how I actually make the syrups I use in my cocktails.
This cinnamon syrup keeps coming up again and again. It's used so often in tiki and tropical cocktails that I make. So, today I'll show you how I make my cinnamon syrup.

The "Cinnamon Simple Syrup" | Syrup Ingredients
1 1/2 Cinnamon sticks broken up
2 c Sugar
1 c Water
