A collection of some of my favorite piano arranges of Chrono Trigger tracks. CT music really goes well with any genre, huh? Orchestral, piano, jazz, acoustic, rock/metal, lofi/hip-hop, EDM/Synthwave, it's honestly SUPER impressive how many awesome takes on the soundtrack are out there.

One of the things you are going to notice while listening to this mix is the sheer TALENT of these arrangers. kLuTz really does a great job emphasizing the right notes at the right times, while keeping it gentle at others. Truly, 10/10.
2:55 - Wind Scene (Ru's Piano)
I know the original used pizzicato strings, but honestly I feel like Wind Scene suits the piano better than any other instrument. Maybe that's why it's one of the only Chrono Trigger songs I can somewhat play...
6:31 - Secret of the Forest (Zohar)
In a world full of awesome piano arranges of game songs, Zohar is in a league of their own. The complexity yet beauty of the covers, combined with just such a good playing style, makes songs like this feel even more magical.
10:12 - Memories of Green (Daniel Escobedo)
You gotta appreciate the echo/reverb on this one. It adds to that scale of vastness I got from walking around the world map - like you really are surrounded by a world of nature.
12:18 - The Mountain Sings (Jeremy Harris Jones Feat. Joel Everett)
Singing Mountain deserves more love. This is a universally agreed fact. So do I love this cover? Yes. Absolutely yes.
16:09 - Another Fair (Dshu)
This is one of my favorite interpretations of the Millennial Fair theme since its so different, taking an upbeat theme and adding some real beauty to it. Don't get me wrong, I love the original, but this is so awesomely emotional that I can't help but appreciate it a little bit more.
19:52 - Manoria Cathedral (Daniel Capo)
I always love really short looping RPG music, but at the same time I also want a little more. So I really appreciate covers like this, which capture the original spirit of the songs while making them so much more.
23:30 - Corridors of Time (Zohar)
Some tunes are so good that I just can't even write anything for them. This is one to just listen to, start to finish, in silence. Just appreciate the music, friend.
26:23 - The Beginning of the Future (Shipluss)
I really love the name of this track as it fits the nature of this arrange perfectly. Taking a melancholy track and turning it into an upbeat yet heartfelt tune. Perfection.
28:25 - 600 A.D. In Piano (kLuTz)
Look I'm going to be real, I didn't really enjoy Wind Scene in the original game as much as others did. I mean sure, I LIKED it, but not to the same level as like Corridors of Time or Secret of the Forest. This, though. This makes me like it more every time I listen.
31:26 - The Trial In Concert (Steffan Andrews)
Maybe if they played this music during trials, I'd be more interested in law!
39:21 - Secret of the Forest (Firefly)
I feel like this song would pair very nicely sitting by a pond or river. Listening to the sounds of nature as the world goes by...
I'll have to try that at some point.
42:55 - Ocean Palace (Guillermo de la Garza)
Honestly I think "Undersea Palace" is a way cooler track title, but this is super cool so I'll give it a pass. I rate this an Elevator/10.
46:40 - World Revolution (Zohar)
Who would've thought such a bombastic, orchestral tune would fit so well with piano?
49:09 - The lavoscore (haconiwa)
Look I'm going to be honest, I like Last Battle more than World Revolution, so I'm very partial to this amazing remix. Perfect for driving on a snowy winter night. Man, these versions are so stunning.
53:56 - Wind Scene Concert Paraphrase (Zohar)
And just as beautifully as it began, this mix came to a close. I hope that the next 26 years will bring about as many awesome Chrono Trigger piano covers as these ones did. I also hope you appreciate this look at some of the most beautiful CT covers on the platform. What a wonderful job these creators did...
