π§ About This Track
This brainwave entrainment session uses Sub-Delta isochronic tones (0.25β1 Hz)βfrequencies theorised to soothe the limbic system, particularly the amygdala and hypothalamus, which naturally operate in the delta range.
Because these regions help regulate pain and emotional processing, delta-frequency stimulation may provide gentle relief for conditions involving chronic pain, such as fibromyalgia.
π When to Listen
For best results, use this track during the daytime or early evening to help increase delta-wave activity, which has been linked to natural pain relief and deep body restoration.
Your brain already produces delta waves during deep sleep, so listening while asleep is unlikely to provide significant additional benefits.
π§ Headphones
Headphones are not required for this session. You can play it through speakers for equally effective results.
About My Process
I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session.
The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
