Lo Fi Lemonade is a chillhop mix with 10Hz alpha wave isochronic tones and a continuous 528Hz Solfeggio tone. It's designed to help promote the release of serotonin and dopamine.
Increasing your serotonin levels can be beneficial for controlling your mood, happiness and anxiety. It also helps control appetite, digestion and feelings of well-being.
Based on a 1983 study by Patterson and Capel found that boosting 10Hz activity increased serotonin levels.

528Hz Solfeggio
There's also a continuous 528Hz Solfeggio tone playing throughout the track. I've given the tone some 3D sound effects, so it appears to come in and out of volume. This helps to make it more pleasant to listen to. The 528Hz frequency has been linked to positive vibes and energy. About My Process
I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session.
The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
