How to use this track

Listen whenever you feel your stress increasing or when you're already overwhelmed. The isochronic tones drop quickly in the first few minutes, helping lower your dominant brainwave activity into a more relaxed alpha state, then a theta state.

If you're short on time, you don't need to play the whole session. Start from the beginning, where the frequency drops sharply. Around 15–20 minutes is usually enough for a noticeable calming effect.

This session is designed to relax your mind, then gradually bring you back to a more alert state towards the end.

How it works

This audio uses isochronic tones layered with music. The tones are the rhythmic pulses you'll hear throughout the track.
To enhance the entrainment effect, the music also includes amplitude modulation, creating gentle, synchronised vibrations that match the tone pattern.

Frequencies used

β€’ Starts at 14 Hz (beta)
β€’ Ramps down to 10 Hz (alpha) at the 4-minute mark
β€’ Drops to 6.5 Hz (theta) at the 10-minute mark and stays there until 2h 50m
β€’Gradually ramps up to 12 Hz near the end

🎧 Do you need headphones?

No. This session is designed to work with speakers or headphones.

πŸ”Š Volume level

Use a comfortable listening level β€” loud enough to hear the tones clearly, but not so loud as to be distracting.

About My Process

I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session.

The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
