These Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies are quick to make and the chili and cinnamon in these are a real treat. I saw this recipe online and had to try this recipe. They are good! The winner of the EVOO is Terry Lyle, congratulations!
Ingredients:
1 roll of store bought chocolate chip cookies (16.9 ounces)
1 cup Nutella
3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon chili powder (more might be better, like 1 t.)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (NOT CARDAMOM) like I showed
6 large marshmallows cut in half
Mix room temperature cookies dough with rest of ingredients except the marshmallows.
Form into 12 two inch balls, then flatten each ball and encase the marshmallows inside.
I found that you should put any cracks upright.
Bake @ 350F for 10 to 13 minutes, mine took 12 minutes.
Cool on sheet pan for 5 minutes, then remove to a rack to cool for 10 minutes.
