Video by BAL Productions for Chicago Architecture Biennial / EXPO Chicago
This September, for the first time, the Chicago Architecture Biennial and EXPO CHICAGO are aligning to present a week of art and architecture programming in Chicago. EXPO Art Week runs from September 11th-17th, 2017 and the Chicago Architecture Biennial will open on September 16th, 2017 and run until January 7th, 2018. The confluence of these two major events in the city promises to foster exciting new connections between the fields of art and architecture, and to offer a chance for visitors and locals to experience the best of both worlds simultaneously.
Berlin Art Link Productions caught up with Artistic Directors of the Chicago Architecture Biennial Sharon Johnston and Mark Lee, Executive Director Todd Palmer, as well as EXPO Director Tony Karman, Michelle Boone of Navy Pier, and Rhona Hoffman of Rhona Hoffman Gallery for this video preview of what’s in store this September in Chicago.
