This was the last time it came through randomly to fill in for late trucks in my area. The arm on this one is quick, too quick actually. He actually has to slow it down often. This is the older of the two that Republic has. He literally did one small section of a cul-de-sac that was unfinished, then left to dump so this is all I got. Likely the last time I'll ever post a video of one of these again since I no longer live around there, so I hope you enjoy seeing it! Sorry about the shaking, not sure why but I could not stop shaking while filming this video.. pretty frustrating on my part.

$Automated Recycling Collection of Mentone! As it turns out, the White - Amrep MSL no longer does recycling here.. to my surprised it is done by this truck instead! Burrtecs *other* HX450 Elliptical ASL. This truck is neat because its (what I believe to be) one of only 2 elliptical ASLs in all of Burrtecs fleets, but its also a diesel. After looking closely at the bins, it doesnt look like theyve been dumped by an ASL more than 2,, maybe 3 times before this so Im assuming it is a very recent change. One that I am surprisingly okay with. *edit* Since writing this, Ive been told that they are automating recycling and greens here, so Id assume carts will be given out in the future. A unique truck with a unique sound on a unique recycling route :D This truck also does greenwaste for the whole town in the morning before coming back to do recycling. Only a small fraction of the residents actually have carts here, the rest use manual bins of their own. So this route is, for the most part, a full day of collecting nothing but manual bins with an ASL. I think that is pretty cool. A special thanks to the driver for allowing me to film.$
