Beautifully rebuilt Amrep Octo ASL. The arm was completely redone, operates very quickly, and smoothly as well. And the fresh coat of paint looks awesome. Pretty close to what these would have looked like new, if they had yellow tailgates that is.
I think him missing the little Rehrig in the first clip was a complete accident since it was hidden behind the 90 gallon cart, and he was double checking his mirrors as he passed it. Easy mistake to make. Thanks to the driver! Not bad at operating either considering this was only the second week of Automated collection in Oceanside when I had filmed this! I would have filmed more, however he was done with route when we found the truck.
