Just one more test because the motorcycle seat in the previous version is small and doesn't have the overlap seen in The Lost World's motorcycle race.
Instead of running away, this version turns it around and chases the dinosaur. It uses selective tile priorities on BG_A and BG_B to let the dashboard in the foreground cover more area than the seat did.
Code written with #SGDK 1.80 and tested with Fusion 3.64 (for the Sega Menacer emulation) , BlastEm (to find glitches) and a model 1 #SegaGenesis ("Trust BlastEm, but verify.")
