Press conference held September 16, 2022 to file affidavits pursuant to RC 2935.08, 2935.09, & 2935.10. The affidavits allege certain persons received certain person funding they were not entitled to, dereliction of the mayor and law department, dereliction of now indicted Chief of Police Scott Gardner, and the illegal conduct of Adam Bryce Scott who had never attended basic training and held no legal appointment to function as a LE officer. Scott assisted in the brutal assault of citizen Dominique Campbell on December 30, 2021 in the City of East Cleveland Police Department.
