As I edited this video, I really began to appreciate how much more I like and use the mini reissue. Of course I love my classic flap, but that's partly because of the memories I've attached to it. As a Chanel geek, I was always going to want a classic flap in my collection, but I doubt I will buy another one given the skyrocketing prices.
In my opinion the mini reissue is the superior bag (and at a better price), but they have a very different look and vibe. The mini is the perfect crossbody bag and it's the quiet, handbag lover's bag!

If you want to know roughly how it will fit crossbody on you - I'm 5'5, about a US dress size 4-6 and about 95cm around my chest.
MINI 2.55 REISSUE DETAILS
Chanel really needs to be more consistent with the names. I know they used to give these various numbers. When I was last in the boutique every sales associate called this the Mini 255.

According to Chanel - the dimensions are 14.5 × 23 × 6 cm
(5.7 × 9 × 2.3 in)

Approximate Internal Dimensions (I like to be more realistic - we're not going to cram things down into the farthest corners and the leather takes up a lot of those centimeters they include!)
Front pocket ~ 18cm x 8cm
Inside space dimensions ~
Length - 19cm
Height - 9.5cm
Depth - 4.5cm
