I know not everyone is having this same experience in Chanel boutiques. I'm genuinely happy for everyone who is still enjoying their time there. I rarely feel comfortable and welcome in Chanel boutiques now, and this has made it difficult to purchase. I'm grateful to have connected with one fantastic SA who shares my passion for the brand and fashion in general. I hesitated to make this video partly because I'm so appreciative of how kind he's been to me. That said, it was incredibly frustrating to move cities and be dismissed by one SA after another until I met him.
