This became a chatty review because I couldn't help myself! I love Manolos. As I say in the video, all but one were purchased on sale, and I highly recommend waiting. At the end of the day they are just shoes that will eventually wear out. I get a lot more use out of my bags than my fancy shoes because I often wear boots or my allbirds.
I usually wear a 9.5 in street shoes. A 10 in most luxury shoes. I fit a 9 in Gucci sneakers, but those run big.
I have a wider foot, and they definitely do not make shoes with someone like me in mind.
