Here is a quick update on my chain mail project. I printed a couple batches at 105% scale, and that's enough to start the sleeve of a shirt. It will take about 15 panels like this to make a men's XL shirt.
To cut time, I used TinkerCAD to blow the links up to 200% scale, and resize it for printing.
Printed in Ninjatech Armadilo TPU. It's the hardest shore grade of TPU they have, I figured it would be good to test with it before going to softer TPU's.
