CeReNeM, the Centre for Research in New Music at the University of Huddersfield, was founded by Prof. Michael Clarke in 2006. Since 2008, it has been directed by Prof. Liza Lim, with an assisting directorate of Prof. Monty Adkins, Prof. Aaron Cassidy and Prof. Philip Thomas. The centre has gone from strength to strength in its ten years of operation and is now a community of thirteen world-leading staff artists and scholars working alongside fifty postgraduate students from eighteen countries. To celebrate ten years of CeReNeM’s activity, an exhibition of its archive will be available to view in the atrium of the Creative Arts Building throughout hcmf// 2016.
