There is something about pulling up the nets and catching yabbies, cooking and eating them at a campsite with a nice cold beer, with a few good mates and the bird sounds in the trees around us.
I videoed this on one of our camping trips a few years ago when we were camped on Lake Wetherell, which is on the Darling River in outback Australia, and managed to be there when the river was very full, and we had perfect weather, add to that a few nice feeds of cooked yabbies, made it a good camping experience.
I hope you enjoyed the video and got the feel of what it would be like in the boat, baiting the nets, putting them in, and pulling the nets up, lots of fun.
