This is a shorter chapter with only three stages.
Stage 1 0:25
Stage 2 6:59
Stage 3 19:40
Some thoughts and tips -
- The Swordmaster ghost enemies are by FAR the hardest and most annoying for me in the game. That's why I almost always resort to using Ultimate Light or get really cheap and use a Dark Crystal. Their counterattacks come out so fast and I hardly have time to block them. I died several times while recording the beginning fight, or coming out so badly that I kept restarting the checkpoint.
- The puzzle at the end of 7-1 is solved in seven moves by doing it in this order - left once, middle five times, right once.
- Frankenstein's lab is fairly simple - you just have to remember that you can punch the ground by holding R2 and pressing triangle instead of square.
I managed to fall into a hole while jumping around carelessly after fighting the boss here - sorry about that.
- In the last stage, to move fast, turn on your Shadow Magic, block until you charge up, and then push in the direction that you want to dash to speed around the tiles.
- In the final stages, make sure to explore the White beam. I remember that there's a gem there. Some of the colors turn on Animated Armors in the main room, but they're not too tough. Since this was a casual playthrough and I had all of the gems, I didn't bother going that way.
- Laura's toys at the end of the last stage can take a lot of damage - or did when I was finishing the challenge on Squire difficulty. However, Holy Water deals a LOT of damage to them, so use it to your advantage.
