Today, we cooked up a cast iron skillet shrimp boil on the weber performer. This is one of my moms favorite shrimp recipes I make. We fired up the weber to 350-400° and added the skillet onto the grill with all the goodies included. This shrimp cook took about 15 minutes total and turned out some amazing flavored shrimp.
