Horns for sale: trumpetherald.com/marketplace.php?own=15921
A really nice playing trumpet here which some say is an attempt by Carol to copy Bach's Stradivarius. This is probably more noticeable in the standard leadpipe option of the 5060H, but still - an interesting thought. Frankly, Carol doesn't need to be copying anyone; they produce an extremely fine instrument on their own. This 5060L is Yellow Brass, Standard Bell size (37 style bell), and Standard Brass Weight (which is what the YSS stands for). Played first with a GR64MS (Medium Shallow) mouthpiece, then with Reeves C2J (trumpet/flugel), and then with a GR63Z mouthpiece.
Played with GR's 64MS: 2:05
Played with Reeves C2J: 5:00
Played with GR's 63Z: 6:38
