Hello and welcome to Old Ways Gardening and Prepping.🍀 Would like to welcome you to come along with me on this beautiful evening. Happy to finally be able to get to canning some peaches up. Have been having some health issues and going to push through and get these peaches all done.

Love good homemade BBQ sauce and especially when you know what is going in to the recipe. Fresh peaches just make this recipe even better. So happy to now have 14 pint jars of some amazing barbecue sauce to go on the pantry shelf.

Below is the recipe for a single batch of this delicious peach barbecue sauce. Of course you can double, triple or make a even larger batch if you want to. Just keep the ingredients multiplied correctly. Of course taste for seasoning and adjust it to suit your fancy.

Homemade Peach BBQ Sauce

8 cups of thin sliced peaches
1 cup of diced red bell pepper
1 cup of diced onion
2 TBsp's of minced garlic
1 cup of vinegar 5% acidity
1 1/4 cups of honey
1 TBsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1 tsp of ground ginger
2 tsp's of yellow mustard powder
1 tsp -1 TBsp of red pepper flakes (optional)

Jelly jars - 1/2 tsp of salt per jar
Pint jars - 1 tsp of salt per jar

Mix everything together except salt. Bring to a boil and drop to a simmer till everything is soft. Blend well. Water bath can:

Pint jars - for 20 minutes.

Hope you enjoyed the video and it encourages you to also make your own homemade BBQ sauce. If you have any questions please feel free to ask them in the comment section below I will answer them as soon as possible. Everyone take care and have a blessed day. 💗🍀🦉
