Canned corned beef and cabbage is one of my favorite things to make and eat cause it’s fast and easy.

I love cabbage so I put two heads in mine.

Brown corned beef. Add onion and tomato. Season with pepper and hot sauce if you want. I just use pepper.
Add cabbage and cover. Let it cook down. Mix up and serve.
