While spending a week in the stunning town of Jasper, I spent most days at the road crossing , catching trains in and out of the yard. While shooting a inbound manifest , a pair of rare locos rolled into view , in charge of an intermodal train. These "Draper Tapers" were built by both GE & EMD , and feature angled car bodies behind the cab, for a better view . I don't know if any are still running,, but I'm sure the Canadian Railfans will know more about these interesting locos.
