After weeks of metalwork, the 1963 Chevy Nova firewall is fully patched and welded. This video shows the completed work including all the patch panels welded in, rust repairs, and modifications made for the gasser build.
The firewall had significant rust damage that required cutting out compromised metal and welding in new patch panels. No shortcuts, no filler, no fiberglass - just proper sheet metal work done the old fashioned way with my own two hands.
