Oregon and Northern California are getting a HAARP dry air downburst, as confirmed by the Nexrad spurious microwave signal. This is to continue the drought, and reinforce the high pressure.
How to stop this: get a modern video camera with 60X zoom, and digital stabilization, and a good tripod. Then, take closeup video of the chemtrail planes, and post the video. This will keep them out of your county. To PROVE the Haarp drought attack, buy a 1 lb spool of 42 AWG wire ($30 on ebay), put a ferrite rod in the middle (from old AM radio), and connect the wire to an oscilloscope.
