EVERY SINGLE low pressure system, out in the Pacific, that would bring rain to California, has been broken up, by HAARP dry air downbursts, and by geoengineered aerosols (chemtrails). These two videos show proof of how this is done. Part 1 showed how the aerosols are used to create a warm air layer, high up, which takes energy away from the low pressure. Part 2 shows how the HAARP downburst was used to completely finish off the low pressure. The HAARP downburst is a man made High Pressure, and is placed just in front of the dying low pressure. As the jetstream pulls the low pressure into the artificial high pressure, the two cancel, and disappear. By killing this rain maker, California gets another two weeks of drought. This is is done consistently, to every low pressure system, that WOULD bring rain to the west coast. Nobody was supposed to see this happen, and they worked very hard, photoshopping all the satellite images. But, once you know what to look for, the proof is still there. I urge other people to study these GOES maps, and tell everyone when you see PROOF of this weather warfare (treason) being waged against the American people, and the people of Earth.

The people running these programs are the greatest criminals on Earth, and all resources must be brought to bear, to shut down these programs, arrest those in charge, put them on trial, and hopefully, execute them for crimes of genocide. We must ask the ICC to issue arrest warrants for these people. AND, an international police force, should be given cart blanche to use overwhelming military force to take over these facilities, and shut them down, in a safe manner.
