This shows how the HAARP downburst is used to stop thunderstorms. This video proves five ways, that these downbursts are not natural. Three diagrams explain the roll clouds. If these were natural thunderstorm outflows, or "gust fronts", it would be snowing in Texas, in late August. There were four downbursts in the same location, over a 3 hour period. A gust front from a thunderstorm is cool air, and each time it happens, the outflow air must be cooler than the surface air. So, with four thunderstorm outflows, at the same place, the surface temperature would look like this: 100 degrees... gust front #1... 80 degrees... gust front #2... 60 degrees... gust front #3... 40 degrees... gust front #4... 20 degrees. So, with this over simplified model, it should be SNOWING southeast of Lubbock, in late August! Thunderstorm outflows do NOT happen in the same place, over and over. Also, there was no surface wind to bring new warm air into the same area.
One third of the worlds cotton is grown within 100 miles of Lubbock. That area has been a HAARP target for four years. By keeping the drought going, the irrigation wells are going dry, making the land worthless. After the New York, private investment firm owns all the land, they will turn on the rain spigots, and have bumper crops every year.
Meteorologists, please review and comment (and I don't mean someone who just looked at wikipedia five minutes ago). A retired meteorologist should be critiquing all my videos.
