A crosshatch pattern in the Pacific shows two things: proof that California drought is man made, and a NEW beneficial effort to keep the warm air out of Alaska. These lines are the Haarp roll cloud, or "smoke ring" of dry air, and each line is evidence of a single Haarp dry air downburst, several hours ago. The rotating inertia of the cloud preserves the original shape. The vertical lines of the cross-hatch pattern were formed at the California/Oregon coast, and the circular lines originated at the man made jetstream high pressure, just south of the Alaska coast. The jetstream prediction map shows that the Haarp operators have changed their software, to APPARENTLY, keep the deep folds of the jetstream from dragging warm, humid, air from Asia, into Alaska. They are now trying to keep the jetstream as FLAT as possible, so thank God for that! As much as I hate both Haarp and Chemtrails, this is finally a beneficial use, in keeping the Arctic frozen as long as possible. As the Arctic melts, that is the end of most life on planet Earth, due to the incredible heating that is caused by the huge amounts of methane melting from the shallow seas there. Why don't you folks in California put together a state commission to investigate your drought, and this technology? That is the kind of action that will stop your drought ON A DIME!!! You will have idyllic rainfall patterns, once you start pursuing the criminals in charge!!! (take it from me, I know it is true!)
