Ingredients

150g Self Raising Flour
1/4 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
55g Caster Sugar
310ml of Buttermilk or just milk if you don't have access to it
1 Egg
Butter to using in pan for cooking your pancakes

Serve with whatever you like - here I have used some fresh blueberries, maple syrup and icing sugar.
