Making A Soundproof Workshop Part 2..... It only gets more expe3nsive from here on.
Hey and welcome back to Part 2 of the build series, where I turn my double car garage into a soundproof workshop. Previously I covered the first six months of preplanning, covering the major modifications needed to prepare the garage for the workshop, including making a brick plug and moving the vent access for the roof.
In this video we will follow on from where I left off previously as we cover the projects in the 2 months before I was able to finally start building. In addition to that I will cover the basic theory for soundproofing and how it will affect my final design. And in turn I will go through the evolution of my workshop design over the past 12 months and how I landed on the compromised design that I ultimately ended up going with.
