A compilation of quite a few small bugs, tips, and tricks that have been messaged to me during the past month or so. Big thanks to everyone who sent messages.
Nicketix - Citadel Dancing on regular rs
Abc403Productions - fun to do citadel fights with the tiles that used to restore spec - they restore adrenaline to 100% instantly now
Luiggi Raborg - temple trekking hard characters level up much more quickly in eoc
SvenIsMyName - using presents to get mince pies in fight caves/etc
TheUnknown1825 - on advanced barb course you can use the magic ability "surge" to jump ahead as soon as you get down the final obstacle.
RandomVidsMadeHere - flea circus looks cool when viewed through the orb
HydregionIsBoss - getting caught by monkey knife fighters on ape atoll causes major graphical glitches to your character
iNerozk - graphical glitch on female model using initiate helm - thanks to Misaki May for modelling it

Infinite healing works by using abilities that dont require you to be in combat(like freedom, escape, and anticipation) to boost your adrenaline so you can use rejuvenate and regenerate to heal. It is very useful in places where you run out of food(fight caves/kiln) and between boss kills while waiting for spawns. You can also do some defensive abilities with a shield while not in combat, but not everyone uses a shield so I didnt include those in the video.
Activity Bar Skilling:
The main obvious use is dropping items. It doesnt work on all items(like logs, which have a craft option) but its great for dropping ores and raw fish.
It can also be used to bury bones and clean herbs very easily. Burying bones is mostly just for f2p but its still not bad. Also please note that the bone burying in the video was sped up and the actual bury rate is around 4.2k bones buried per hour.
