There’s something about getting back outside, feeling the sun on your skin, breathing fresh air, and putting your hands on the bars that hits differently.
For the past few months, I’ve been doing most of my training in the dojo. Between convenience, resources, and a schedule that allows me to train at the “crib,” I found myself getting comfortable indoors. At the same time, I’ve been focusing heavily on weighted calisthenics, building strength, adding size, and putting on quality mass.
This session was a reminder that sometimes you need to change the environment to reignite the fire.
We took it outside to Queens, NY and got after a challenging conditioning routine designed to wake up the body, sharpen the mind, and set an aggressive tone for the rest of the workout. The goal wasn’t just to move it was to push through discomfort, elevate the heart rate, and demand focus from the very first rep.
If you’re serious about calisthenics, strength, endurance, performance, and learning how I structure my training, this is exactly the type of content I break down on my Patreon.
Members get access to:
• Full workout breakdowns
• Step-by-step training explanations
• Exclusive routines and challenges
• Strength and endurance programming
• Technique tips and coaching insights
• Live Q&A sessions and more
The complete breakdown of this workout, along with many of the routines that have helped me build my strength, endurance, and longevity in calisthenics, is available exclusively on Patreon.
