A London couple have been stranded in Sicily after Mount Etna's ash cloud grounded flights from Catania Airport on August 11. Evgenia Filimianova and her husband watched the volcano erupt during a wedding in Taormina before their flight home was suddenly canceled. With their seven-year-old daughter waiting in Athens, the couple are now attempting a costly journey through Malta to get home.
