BREAKING: Govt to prosecute people stealing pumping station components  @TheManilaTimes

Malacañang warns that the government will not hesitate to prosecute individuals who will sabotage the government's flood control measures. Palace Press Officer Claire Castro issued the warning amid reports that some components from the pumping stations are being stolen. She said the pumping stations will not function properly if their valuable parts were stolen. She stressed that if they cannot secure replacements immediately, floodwaters will again recede slowly.
