So I've had plans to make this vid for BPD for a LONG time. Unfortunately, something called a real life got in the way, and I didn't have time to really finish it. But then I finally got to work and made it to the big moments.
This time the spotlight falls on Sunshine, who is looking at something she's only shown to a select few; the only picture she has of her biological father, Joaquin. When she was about six or so, Joaquin left both her and her mother (read more at this fanfic; bpdothersunit.freeforums.net/thread/327/tarnished-sunshine). Sunshine crumbles the picture, but when she sees her police medallion and remembers the four men who impacted her life, replacing Joaquin by their actions;
-Thomas, her stepbrother, showing loyalty and never walking away from places where he knows he's needed.
-John, her stepfather, never taking anyone else's kindness for granted and instead using his wealth of wisdom to help his biological son Thomas and his stepdaughter Sunshine.
-Shadow, her partner and best friend, taking care of her through tough situations and inspiring her to become just as tough.
-Riku, her boyfriend. He loves her for who she is. Never once has he hurt her or has done anything of the kind.
