BOURBON BANANA FLIP made with White Possum’s banana liqueur. Their 12-hour slow cooked banana process produces a rich, caramelised banana and banana bread-flavoured liqueur that works incredibly well in a flip paired with bourbon.
1.5 oz (45 ml) bourbon whiskey
0.75 oz (22.5 ml) @whitepossum banana liqueur 🍌
0.5 oz (15 ml) @liberandco gum syrup
0.5 oz (15 ml) heavy cream
1 egg yolk
