SNAKE EYES

Inspired by the Caribbean combination of Scotch and coconut. Created at the Grand Army Bar, NY.

1.5 oz (45 ml) Espadin mezcal
1 tsp banana liqueur, Tempus Fugit
2 oz (60 ml) coconut water
0.5 oz (15 ml) cane syrup
0.25 oz (7.5 ml) lime juice
