The Bosch D-tect 120 is a wall scanner which uses radar technology to detect objects buried in walls, concrete or drywall partitions. I picked this up from a seller on ebay for £150 a few months back. Drilling into walls always carries a risk, especially for inexperienced people. The Bosch D-tect reliably picked up all objects that I tested, although there are some issues with detecting live objects.
