Tall kitchen units or tall kitchen cabinets can be difficult to move on your own, due to the weight and size of the unit. In this video I move the units by using a skate that was made from ball transfer units, which I purchased a few years back from this company- alwayse.com/index.html

I then used a motor bike lifter - fave.co/3KnRcjx

And a scrap piece of ¾ inch plywood to spread the load.
