In this video I thread some 2-inch steel pipe and some ½ inch steel pipe using the Ridgid 300 power drive. Steel pipe is very common in industrial buildings or in chemical plants and is used for air/gasses, vacuum and carrying liquids. Threaded pipes are easy to assemble and you can soon do a long run, as the pipe can be purchased in 6 metre lengths. The Ridgid pipe threading machine males threading and cutting steel pipes very easy indeed.
