. Since I had a pair of HP 14 Chromebooks, I decided to put them up against each other in their startup and shutdown times. These two units are identical in hardware (same CPU, memory, SSD, etc). The only difference is one is an open-box unit that I've been using and the other is a refurbished model that I had just received. So, will they match times in the startup and shutdown process? _
