We cooked 2 incredible Prime Bone in Filets from Snake River Farms Double “R” Ranch. Seasoned with Grillaholics SPG for a perfect dinner!

• Got 2 perfect Prime Bone In Filets from Snake River Farms Double R Ranch.
• Seasoned with Grillaholics SPG about 4 hours in advance.
• Set up the SNS Travel Kettle with the Slow N’ Sear basket and cooked them indirect running around 250 degrees. Actually run around 280ish.
• Once the steaks got between 80 we flipped them and then when they hit about 115 we pulled them off and opened the bottom vents until we had a screaming hot fire for searing.
• Seared the bone in filets 1 minute per side two times for a great sear.
Summary: My wife loves the bone in filet and for me not being a big fan of the filet, these really had some great flavor and were delicious!
