Did a fast and simple cook on our new gas grill. Can’t go wrong with Chicken thighs! These were from Bell and Evans and were boneless and skinless. Just hit them with some Creole seasoning in advance!

• Bell and Evans pack of boneless chicken thighs.
• Seasoned the thighs with some creole seaoning in advance.
• Set up the Monument Mesa 415BZ for some direct cooking everything on medium heat.
• Checked in about 6 minutes to see how they look.
• Checked again in 5 minutes and still had some time to go.
• Once they reached 170+ I pulled them all off.
• Let them settle in as we set up for the finish.
Summary: The Monument Mesa 415BZ is a great grill and will be staying on my back patio. I am replacing the Mesa 400 from a few years ago since this has the footprint I want and the power to sear along with the side burner. Great Grill! Great Price!
