See a simple way to make the perfect Rib Roast on your pellet grill. Seasoned with Grillaholics SPG rubs!
• Started with a 5 to 6 lb Choice Rib Roast.
• Blotted the rib roast with paper towels to remove any moisture.
• Seasoned the rib roast about 2 hours in advance with Grillaholics SPG and SPG Twisted with butter flavor.
• Set up the Rec Tec 380 for high heat at 500 degrees for the first 5 minutes and then started to turn the grill down to 250 until we got to 120 degrees.
• Let it rest for about 15 minutes before cutting.
Summary: I like doing this method when using the pellet grills. High heat to start and then turn down until finished. The Grillaholics combo rubs really worked out nice!
